The Hotel location is great!!. Far enough from the maddening crowd, but near enough to a MRT station (Citihall) for convenient mobility. The Hotel is just across the road from RaffleCity mall, and a convenient aircon walk thru to the Cityhall MRT station. The standard room is of pretty decent size.

最近改装したホテルと聞いている。エントランスは、きれい。レストランも内装、料理も問題無し。場所がラッフルズに近く、ナイトスポットのチャイムズの前ですので、便利。室内は、改装後ですが一部、昔の設備が残っており、これは感心しない。アメニティーは、質 量共に良くない。朝食のビュッフェは、美味しくない。

When we put the towels on the shelf of handler near bathtub, it means we do not ask for replace them, sorry for misunderstanding caused between us. The charge of breakfast and internet are a little bit expensive for us.

I guess this is the 5th of 6th stay in the Carlton.. The hotel location is excellent.. few minutes walk to the Cathedral, City hall MRT, big shopping mall (Raffles place..) The lobby is marvelous.. ... the only concern is the toilet which urgently needs the management attention.
