The hotel was extremely wonderful, we thought the food was quite expensive though. Would definitely stay there again. Location to Times Square was perfect. Everyone was very helpful. Thanks!

We were in town for the holidays. My son lives on the Lower East Side and my sister and her family live on the Upper West Side. This hotel was conveniently in between. Our rooms were clean and well kept, average size for NYC, which is to say rather small. Every one of the staff we met was very friendly and professional. The concierge was able to get us reservations at some difficult restaurants.

The hotel was very nice and inviting. The staff were kind and courteous from the front door to the desk. The room was clean and comfortable. Somewhat small but your in NYC and we were not there to spend our time in the room. Staff at the bar provided great service and were happy to give tips on places to go per our interests.
