"My Friend and I found the hotel unsatisfactory the rooms were very hot and stuffy we had no airconditioning and after complaining we were given another room .We were certain they knew the airconditioning was faulty why put guests in a room when something like that was not working ?,in the room we had the conditoner was very noisy and we ahd the worst nights sleep in the 4 weeks of our holiday! I would never stay there again."

"Great location with good rooms and reception were welcomming and helpful. The executive club with complementary drinks is a really nice touch, nobody abused the free drink - very relaxing. The massive downside was the disaster that was breakfast, uncoordinating chaos, no guidance as to waht the process was, poor service, tables partly laid and the cooked breakfast consististed of rubbery (boiled) bacon and white half-cooked suasages - a shame that this aspect let down what was otherwise a great hotel."
