Terraces are very small but got a 1st floor room by garden with a larger balcony thanks to girl helping us as we checked in. She showed us 4 different rooms and we stayed at the one on ground floor because of large patio area outside. The restaurants were overpriced. Nothing to do in hotel at night. Pool area was nice. Sadly, it rained 2 out of 4 days. Didn't know Dec was rainy season.

Beach very Nice,Pool and Pool Bar absolutly Beautiful. Drinks very Pricey. The Whole hotel is being remodled one floor at a time. Nice Job. Lots of convention activity in the Hotel. Free breakfast package is the way to go. And of course Mortons Steak House Just as Great as ever.

We have stayed here previously and we elected to stay once again because of the location, therefore our expectations were low and we were not disappointed. We were greeted with a $20+ per day resort fee, which was underhanded. Just raise the price of the room if you want to charge more. We then had ants in the bathroom, the ice machine did not work and we had to call security to reprogram the safe in the room. Our room and the entire hotel for that matter were both in need of a long overdue facelift. The room view and the location were the only good points and you can get the former in a number of other hotels .

The Caribe Hilton was a beautiful location and hotel. It was everything my girl friend and I were looking for for our girls weekend away from the kids! The beach was great, clean and protected by a reef so it wasnt rough water. The pool was beautiful, but on our last day there was being repaired (drained) and blocked off without any warning. The staff there were so great and helpful. The hotel had everything we needed right there if we wanted to stay on the premises. Which we chose not to do b/c of the prices of some of the restaurants. Very expensive/overpriced. The drinks also were way overpriced. A frozen drink in a small glass was $12. We had a very nice room, but the air conditioning never worked properly. So we would wake up sweltering. Called the front desk who sent someone up to "fix" it. He never did. They didnt seem to concerned about our issue. Oh theres also a $30 "resort fee" a day that is tacked onto your bill when you leave. That was kind of annoying b/c youre paying so much a day already, why an extra 30?
