Of the 3 hotels booked in Italy through this website, this is the only one I would definitely return to. It is well run, pleasant responsive staff; everything in the room worked including the air conditioning, pleasant clean and nicely decorated room with a nice working shower my very tall husband could use without flooding the bathroom! We have no complaints on our 5 night stay and look forward to going back. (We have stayed in Florence on many visits over the years, so have quite a frame of reference from a variety of accommodations)

Although on a busy street and a bit austere, the friendless of the staff can only be rated as 5 star. I would definitely stay here again
