There was no one to meet us when we arrived (2pm) and we waited quite a while for someone to come. The room while clean was very outdated. The door lock was faulty, taps were stiff, toilet roll holder not compatible with toilet rolls, towels odd colours and thin, shower only lukewarm. The beds were comfortable. Coffee supplies were stingy - only two cups of coffee each & there no biscuits. There were no breakfast menus in the folder and reception was unattended so I gave up. I passed the lady from reception on my way back and asked her for a menu. As it was we didnt order breakfast as it was very limited (only toast & cereals) and we could not be served before 8am. I believe the restaurant is quite good, but it was deserted. Overall, I would say this place is over rated, and having stayed at 3.5 star hotels previously, we were disappointed and wouldn't stay here again. Location is also not good either as its ages out of town.

They over charged me the recommended rate and said they did not have a booking under my name. Very run down.

The address is incorrect. It should read Princess Highway WARRUK. (not Sale). After spending 25 minutes going back and forth three times thru Sale. Then being redirected back out of town to Warruk and only then was the signs clear as to where this motel is located.
