Very good value and large rooms, but furnishings and bed coverings are a bit dated. Rooms need to be refurbished.

Free Internet access in the rooms would be an added benefit. But the hotel is extraordinarily good value for the money. I recommend it highly. It is clean, friendly and very well located in Ottawa. I have stayed at it on many occasions and the quality is always excellent.

When my girlfriend’s parents visit from Japan they always stay here. It's a very good hotel with easy access to public transit.

Excellent location, with good facilities, reasonably priced that met our needs while visiting Ottawa. I would seriously consider rebooking, should the occassion arise again.
