the hotel is very well located at bocagrande beach, we had an upgrade to a junior suite and we enjoyed it so much! everything is clean and the room was well decorated, they serve a nice breakfast.

Very nice hotel, on the beach and at the mean time close to the shopping area of Bocagrande and 10 minutes from the historic center of Cartagena. Very large rooms, with nice sea vieuw. Only one regret...As we have been told by the staff, all standard rooms have 2 standard size beds. You have to book a junior suite to get a queen or king bed.

The hotel was beautiful in all the areas except the rooms. The pictures online do not look like the actual rooms. The bed spreads were old and the beds were not that comfortable. The view was amazing and the food was delicious!! I loved the pool on top of the hotel!!

a wonderful experience, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were superb.the price was outstanding. the taxi service at the hotel was as good as I have ever experienced ,in many years of travel, one of our taxi drivers provided a great tour of the city, This is a warm congenial hotel , staffed by generous ,caring , warm people. We plan to return to this great hotel and to this colorful and historic city on the Carribean
