Conveniently located just off of the 405 and 5 freeway in Orange County, the Candlewood Suites Orange County Irvine Spectrum just minutes from the John Wayne Airport. The Spectrum Entertainment Centre is minutes away where you will find fabulous bars and restaurants as well as a 21 Stadium Theatre, a comedy club and a variety of stores for shopping.

RFather small for a suite, Extended Stay kind of place. Unhelpful staff. Better use mapquest for direction, because the staff can't tell you where to find it. Strange location.

Candlewood Suites was perfect for a seven day visit for a family gathering. As long as you understand that there is no maid service during your stay, you will get an acceptable stay at a reasonable price. The small "honor" store has every item or food you might need at very reasonable prices. The "fitness center" was very small but okay for our purposes. Only complaint: towels, though readily available, are stiff and rough. We will definitely stay here in the future.
