When I arrived in the room, I had to immediately call the front desk to have the sheets replaced. The sheets had hair all over them on both beds. Also. One of the sheet had a big urine stain in the middle. When house cleaning arrived, they had to keep going to get new sheets because aal the sheets head stains. They eventually showed me the stains on the cleanest sheets they could find and ask me those were ok. Also, the peep hole was stuffed with paper. I suspect the previous guest did this for privacy. The room itself was nice. My issue is with the dirty sheets.

This is the best place in San Antonio. convinent, close to a gas station, awsome and important to my girlfriend. i wanna stay at the Candlewood for as long as my relationship lasts with my beloved. the room is perfect, the female staff at the front desk are hot. just pefect for me and my love

This hotel was clean and rate very reasonalbe! I stayed 9 days, the only negetive thing is...they didn't clean the room one day.

Our family visited San Antonio to see my brother graduate from BMT at Lackland Airforce Base. Great hotel + accommodations; the room was well stocked, clean + comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and never had a complaint. The location was PERFECT- a few mins away from downtown San Antonio, and perhaps 15 mins from Lackland Air force base. No complaints at all. Oh yes, and FREE LAUNDRY MACHINES. Incredible.
