The hotel smelled horrible and the staff was rude.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel days after adopting our first child. No where on Orbitz does it say it is a smoking hotel. Our room was not bad because we opened the window but the hallways and elevator WREEKED something terrible. My husband went to the desk and was told under NO circumstance would they refund our money. I booked 6 nights, stayed two and paid for 6. Management and owner were RUDE!!

Found the hotel staff willing to do anything to make stay pleasant. The property was clean and comfortable.

Hotel's best feature- comfortable bed and soft sheets. Daughter's hide a bed was not comfortable. Lots of amenities- free coffee, cookies, movies. Hotel caters more to business-wished there was a pool, it was very hot and humid. Kitchen large and useful. Air conditioner was not strong enough to cool the bedroom and the suite- should have a separate air conditioner for the bedroom.
