Trenton Climate

With its location in Southern Ontario, Trenton tends to showcase a humid continental climate that has four distinct seasons. Average summer highs of 77°F (25°C) to 82°F (28°C) are seen during the months of June through August, and sometimes September. During the winter months of December through February, average temperatures are around 21°F (-6°C) to 32°F (0°C). Often in the winter season the temperatures can drop 10 to 20 degrees below freezing.

Visitors have an array of options for travelling to Trenton. Most will fly into either the Toronto or Ottawa International airports. From the airport, travellers can take rental cars, taxis or buses to the town.

In and around the town, there are local bus transportation services, as well as intercity bus services in the region provided by Via Rail. The area of Greater Toronto also has a commuter train system (GO Train).
