Campbell River Climate
Campbell River has a mild climate with summer highs around 23ºC and winter lows of -1 to -2ºC. The annual rainfall is 145 cm, with the heaviest falling in November, and there is usually more snow in January than any other month, with an average accumulation of 10 cm.
Getting There & Around
If you are travelling by air, you can fly into Campbell River from Vancouver. Otherwise there are several bus routes from Greyhound and Pacific Coach that service the town. You can also drive the scenic Highway 19 from Victoria and Nanaimo or take the faster but less interesting Inland Highway.
Campbell River has a small public bus system, but most people find driving more convenient.
