Very hospitable, very friendly staff. Disappointed to be offered a bill for a breakfast that we didn't have.

Hotel is standard Campanile and excellent value for money.Bedrooms were very tired and in need of a make over, restaurant dinner and breakfast good.

I would like to compliment the Hotel for their excellent service, friendliness and eagerness to assist. All staff protrayed a very high degree of professionalism, and the Chef was outsatnding in his meal preparation and presentation. Well done to all the staff - if The Campanilr Hotel group provide monthly staff awards, you deserve to receive this each mont. I look forward to my next visit. Carl Karshagen
