Extremely large rooms with a high level of cleanliness. Extremely polite and attentive service added to the satisfaction we had with our stay. Fantastic spa experience. Not to be missed! Look forward to visiting again soon.

Excellent service with great smiling!! Location is between Tanah Rata & Brinchang, very strategic located. Excellent deco & the bed is very comfortable. The drawback - food in the restaurant is very pricy. For a plate of pasta, it cost RM60, which is the most expensive pasta i have ever seen so far. Never try because don't think it's worth for trying because just further up from the hotel, there will be plenty of restaurants & a night market, you can eat for so many dishes with your RM60. 2nd drawback is the noise from the main road, i had to use a earplug for my 2nd night to get a good night sleep. The noise was unbearable. But the hotel staffs are so helpful, not only offered the earplug when i compliant to them, the manager also upgraded me to suite room on the 2nd night. Very professional. Overall, very satisfied with my night stay in Cameron Highland Resort. The staffs have done a very good job.

By far the nicest hotel in Cameron Highlands. Good service, friendly staff, nice rooms and good food.
