Stay was pleasant. Front desk check-in staff unhelpful. When I booked online I had a checkout of 11am and then was informed by check-in staff was 10.30 but "we'll let you have a check-out of 11am" -- how gracious!

Great location, friendly and efficient check in staff. Room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. Very convenient for Central station and Surrey Hills area

Nice, convenient, clean hotel, stayed at the travel lodge a few days before and for similar money this hotel was a lot better

Nice place to stay near Oxfoed Street ! There's are still something to do nearby. An Irish pub is not bad but a bit strange when you see all the people doing different things.
