Cal Neva Resort Spa & Casino Guest Reviews
Prepaid for room and was downgraded because they had weddings & hotel was booked-[...]The staff at restauranr was nice.Did have problem with toilet running.Told them at 7am as we headed out for day. When we got back was still running-maintainence came, apologized & said he was never told.Seems to be lack of communication between desk and help.

It has been a long time since we have visited north shore Tahoe and this was a great place to do it. They moved us to a higher floor when we expressed interest in watching the fireworks and we had a spectacular view. Did the tunnel tour which was very interesting. Wish they had more of a casino and had an outside spa. A coffee pot in the room was great. Room was clean and bed was good. Staff was friendly.

Stayed here while working in Reno, sounded like a good idea; however, I should have checked the weather reports. Record snowfall made it impossible to commute back and forth to Reno. Ended up getting another hotel room in Reno.
