I came for a I hoped to be a nice one night getaway, so I booked a deluxe single king bed room. When I inquired if it might have a bathtub, I was told only suites carried those since the remodel. I was slightly disappointed, but whatever. A remodeled room is better than a crumby old one. The room I i got which faces back out to the lobby area is clean. However after setting the heat up for 4 hours, it's still pretty cold. I contacted the front desk and they said they could ONLY switch me to a two full bed room since everything was full. Keep in mind this is a WED NIGHT in JANUARY. It's was a bit ridiculous, but I was not going to stay in a cold room all night. I switched rooms, and ended up across the hall in a bedroom that faced into an alleyway. Again, whatever. The heat worked, but as I was getting ready for bed, both beds had a little dip in the middle. I mean, really? Comfortwise it was okay. However, again considering this was supposed to be a nice getaway, I was more disappointed than anything else. Walls/doors are also paper thin. I could hear the neighbors. Won't be coming back.

I would have thought that the room construction was better, given the room rates. But, the walls were apparently too thin. On our first night, we could hear our next door neighbors talking and laughing loudly. On our second night, I even heared the couple in the next room getting some action. People would be running up and down the hallway in the middle of the night yet nobody even bothered to advise them to keep quiet. In short, if you are looking for a quiet place to stay, then you are better off going somewhere else.

We reserved a king bed room but were given a room with two extremely small double beds instead. The heating system in our room was malfunctioning and it was at least 85 degrees. We called maintenance and they said they would look into it. Then the front desk called to say they might switch our room. No one ever called us back or came to the room. It was an extremely uncomfortable night. The staff just didn't really seem to care. The hotel itself is nice, especially the new pier section. There's good shopping and restaurants and a great view of the ocean.

even as a discounted room ...it was just an average room. Listed as a premium room would have been disappointing to pay a high price as an extra. 80.00 was max in off season...and for 2 hour late leave they wanted 50.00....little crazy so left

Went to Atlantic City for a few days. We stayed at the Caesar's Hotel. It was awesome! the room that we got for the price was amazing. It was on the 40th floor and had this amazing view. All in all, an amazing trip. Will come back again.

Overall good experience. Only complaint was our room faced the shops on the pier so we had like 20 spotlights lighting our room the whole night even with the curtains closed light still peaked through. People in the room next to us got into a drunken arguement which was quickly ended by hotel security. All staff was very friendly and helpful and check in was fast an easy. Being able to check out through the tv was a huge plus as we didn't have to wait in any lines. The tv in the bathroom mirror was also a huge plus for my boyfriend. Overall great experience.

This Caesars hotel AC was the perfect surprise getaway.... The room(deluxe king) wasn't as big as pictured, which was alittle disappointing concerning the price. Everything else was very convient casino, resturants(Philip's Seafood excellent view right by the pier) and shopping. Overall I'll give the hotel a 4. Side note: Parking is $20 on the weekend (Coming and Leaving)

I took my girlfriend here for her birthday. It was a first time to atlantic city for the both of us and we loved it!! The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable about the city and surrounding areas. The room was to die for especially with all of the amenities. Can't wait to go back!!!

Not much to do there. room was not king as requested I must say the cleaning staff and casino employees were very friendly and helpful unfortuately the front desk staff, the first people guests encounter are quite the opposite! Rooms not so nice. Way overpriced for what you get. Other places in same area are better value.

My stay in Caesar's was purely for work as opposed to take advantage of the casino facilities, having been sent down to a store location on the nearby Walk Outlet Mall. It's very convenient to the outlets, making it a good location for those who come to AC to shop; there are also the higher end shops within Caesar's itself. The decor is beautiful and the rooms well laid out and comfortable. My only complaint was that I could not get warm the one night, but seeing as I came down with a cold a day and a half later, I'm inclined to blame that rather than the hotel's heating system.

nice hotel but my room had no outdide windows and was dark and dreary.they only had one person at check-in counter for non-diamond customers which resulted in a long check-in wait.this was the worst room I ever had for those reasons.

The location and amenities at this hotel were excellent. The hotel was close to shopping and many restaurants if you chose to not take part in the gambling and hotel restaurants. Another plus is its proximity to the Boardwalk & beach.

We had a very enjoyable experience. Althoug we arrived early and the check in line was long, it moved very quickly an dthey were able to accomodate our early arrival. The only negative is that we were not given a list of hotel amenities upon arrival, and had to keep asking staff for locations of restaurants, shows, and shopping.

The room was a great value. We stayed on a Monday night, and the place was basically empty. Atlantic City itself, is very depressing @ it's best, but on a week night during the offseason, extremley empty. The hotel was great, with the exception of some restaurants being closed

Great Location- connected to the trendy Pier shops & restaurants. Clean deluxe room w/comfy bedding & premium bath products-great shower. They have a pricey private spa; would have loved a nice pool/hottub. Went midwk-after the season-still had restaurants (good brunch/breakfast) open upstairs and pastry/gelatto/sandwiches 24 hrs in the Lobby/Atrium. Did move from Atrium view rm after 1st night due to music piped into atrium all day & night! Old, noisy bathrm pipes were loud in that rm as well-but they quickly obliged us w/another rm. Smoke-filled casino at Caesar's-if you can't take it-Bally's adjacent/attached has smoke-free casino, Western theme w/cheap bar food & beers/rail drinks!

Nice hotel - great rate, great location. For us, just a stopover on our way to New York City and to gamble a bit. Lots of fun - ate at a great restaurant in the adjoining mall.
