Great location with good food just below the hotel. MRT interchange is right below the hotel too. Hotel room is bit too old. New to revamp.

饭店处台湾高鐵/捷运/台鐵和公車的交通枢纽,四通八达,无論欲到何处皆非常方便,而且饭店有电梯直达B2 ,房客不必遭受风吹雨淋之苦。就算是下兩天,饭店对面台北车站二楼和车站下的地下街有很多的快餐和便利店一 可逛。饭店服务员都非常友善,也有免费的WI-FI,上网非常方便。只不过饭店的设施比较陈旧了些。整体而言,饭店的卖点就在於她优越的地理位置,下回若再重临台北將会住回凯撒。

Hotel is connected via underground shopping mall to bus, TRA and HSR stations. Lots of eating places around the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly reception offered by the staffs. However when we reached the room, it wasn't the kind of room you would expect from a 5 star hotel. It even have the kind of radio control panel I only saw when I was still travelling with my parents! Overall it was a good experience but if you are looking for more bang for your buck, there are better local options just around the area.

It is probably the best located hotel in Taipei, being situated on top of the Taipei Main Station Exit M6. Besides having direct access to the MRT (metro), TRA (railway), THSR (High Speed Rail) and the Taipei Bus station via basement 1 of the hotel lift, there are lots of good eateries and underground shopping. It is ultra easy to get to popular tourist attractions and other shopping districts. However, the check-in staff was aloof and not welcoming, with no smile on their faces. The newly-renovated room I was given had severe drainage problem. The water at the shower area could not be drained and it was ankle high even after showering and the wash basin was filled to the brim just by turning it on. There were occasions when the water was brown and smelt foul. Other than that, he room is of a good size with simple, cosy decor and with necessary utilities provided. Though the attitude of the staff was less than satisfactory, I would still choose this hotel the next time I visit Taipei, just because of the superb location.
