I could not check in when I arrived from the U.S. at 9:30 am. They told me that check in was at 2:00pm but they could get me a room in 30 minutes previous payment of half the daily rate...The earliest I could get a room without paying any extra money was noon (what I did). I wish I could have been informed of this policy before I made the reservation. Room was clean but needs some upgrades and better lighting. Staff was super friendly, from the front desk to the people in the restaurant. Breakfast selection was good.

its ok place if you need to stay near GRU airport, other wise its far from it all, the beds are very uncomfty, and the furnature is a little old. there is no fitness center price of food and drinks is very high

Lovely hotel which was close to the airport but far from the city centre. Taxi was going to cost us a fortune. We were given directions to a more proximal shopping centre but not informed that there was a complimentary shuttle bus from the hotel to the centre. Availed of it on the way back.

This hotel only has large showers, no bathtubs. The room was rather dark, especially thanks to the dark carpet. The airport shuttle was approx every 25 mins. Apparently from both terminals 1 + 2 but I was directed from 1 to 2 which was a good 10 min walk (rather scary as a lone woman at 10pm).

Great hotel with large spacious showers. Decorations are a little dated, but overall a clean, well-designed hotel that more than exceeded our expectations.
