Everything was perfect! The staff was super helpful and english speaking, all tours were organized on-site from the hotel. However it seems that the manager is not following the reviews since the wi-fi was still not functioning properly in this hotel and was off in our room throughout 4 days of our stay. A small detail but a big deal for long-distance travellers. On the other hand, this shortcoming was compensated by three computers with LAN internet in the reception.

We had a lovely stay in the off-season and would recommend the hotel to anyone. The view was to die for, and waking up with the lake and the morning mist in our picture window made us all not want to leave the hotel at all although there was so much we wanted to do in the environs. The buffet breakfasts we 5 star as was the dinner in the hotel restaurant. We'll be back.

Excellent stay. Good wifi, excellent room and view. It would have been nice to have espresso coffee available at breakfast, cold milk for cereals, and a biot more choice for the buffet. It was the least impressive aspect of the stay.

Fantastic location, right on the edge of the lake. Amazing for the bird life. Facilities were good, free internet access, but rather slow connectivity. The swimming pool was adequate. We had dinner one night, which was ok, but better choices are available elsewhere. Excellent location for tourists, with plenty to see and do.
