"Sleep in luxury for cheap" is the motto of the hotel and the hotel is certainly cheap but not what most people would describe as a "luxury". All the rooms appear to be a bunk beds. So two single beds with one being a bunk bed. However, the beds were comfortable and the quilts warm and the pillow's fluffy. You won't be missing sleep. The bathroom was tiny and I mean tiny, only slightly bigger then an air plane's toilet. So you can imagine that there is not bathtub, just a basic shower. However, the tiny bathroom meant that the room itself was quite spacious and a single person would enjoy ample room. Two people (bunk bed does imply upto two people could share the room) might feel a bit hemmed in but a single person would have loads of room to stretch their legs. Overall, the "Cabinn" really is a cabin but it is conveniently located. I walked to and from the hotel to Tivoli Gardens, as well as to the CBS Business school, not to mention the Forum St. Metro station (which is the nearest metro station to the hotel). The area appeared safe and clean and while the hotel doesn't have much in way of resturant, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs/bars in the vicinity. I highly recommend the hotel for an short, cheap break where you would just be returning to the hotel at the end of the day to sleep.

Small room which includes everything. It reminds me of IKEA design, but everything is rather new and functioning. Tiny shower. Internet available at the lobby. Elevator works fine. 15 minutes walk from the main railway station. They are very good value for money in a country that is not cheap. I arrived late (23:30), and had to go to another Cabinn hotel to pick up the entry card. It was fine, the other place is 5 minutes away.

The Cabinn Express Hotel in Copenhagen is a good value for being close to the heart of downtown Copenhagen. The rooms were spartan and very efficient in materials and space. The shower is an oulet next to the toilet. and the bunk beds are OK. The telephone works, but in coming calls were not always recieved. There is no night desk, and the morning receptionists are very busy with the phone, computer, handling the cafe, and backing up the breakfast in the AM. Sometimes you have to wait. Skip breakfast unless the company is paying for it. There are enough neighborhood backeries to indulge in. The FORUM metro staion is about 2-3 blocks northeast of the hotel. The airport is about 20 minutes away and costs 42 Dan. Kroner. I would stay again, but only on business of a short nature, or I got a great price quote.

Simple, clean and acceptable for the price. Not sure if you can stay in Copenhagen for any cheaper and still feel safe and comfortable. Good for a 1 or 2 night stay in the city.
