Very close to trainstation and waterbus station-just 5 min walking, so with this place you won't be dragging heavy luggage around in Venice, while located in small alley away from mainstreet ensures quiet surrounding/good rest. (no elevator in hotel,which is rather common in Italy)

Located close to the station although it will be better if hotel has a sign showing directions from the main street. Rooms are comfortable, like the wooden beams on ceilings which add a rustic touch to the surrealism of Venice.

hard to find, but close to the train station on an unmarked street. no elevator, and really narrow stairs to the 3rd floor. wi-fi highjackable. bells ring at odd hours (7:15am?!) and are loud. breakfast is laughable - but at least it's included.
