This hotel is very convenient to the train station. They are changing their name and undergoing a remodeling, which caused lots of disruption and inconvenience. The room was clean ,but doesn't have a lot of storage space and we could have done without a suspended chair. They missed our wakeup call 3 days in a row. One desk clerk offered a free breakfast to compensate. Wireless is slow and only gets a signal in the lobby. We have stayed here many times in the past and were not happy with this visit.

Our non-smoking room still smelt strongly of smoke. It was worse at different times so there is obviously some air transfer from the smoking rooms. This made being in the room rather uncomfortable. The free wi-fi in the rooms was very welcome

The hotel stated that it refurbished the bedrooms, but this appeared to be a superficial refurbishmnet but for the price the room was quiet and clean. One of the main reasons for chosing the hotel was its proximity to the Hapbahnhof and this proved to be ideal for this purpose, being easily walked in a few minutes from the station even in inclement weather. The hotel is in what is refered to as the red light district be we never felt uneasy either at day or evening when returning from an evening meal. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety and some menu items were changed on a daily basis and the staff were helpful and friendly

For me, the hotel was perfectly located as it was so near to the main station and everything else I needed was also close by. Breakfast was not included but the charge was reasonable. The staff were wonderful, happy and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location at a small street only some hundred meter from Karlsplatz and the centre of Munich. Close to the Hauptbahnhof. Built in 1970s, with very good breakfast buffé.

Insane price and deal for the middle of Oktoberfest. Great breakfast assortment, and close to the train station.

This is a good small hotel in a central location. Despite the central location there was no discernable traffic noise in the rooms overlooking a central courtyard The rooms are comfortable the buffet breakfast is good. This is a good class hotel suitable for short business trips.

Perfect location to the Oktoberfest, which is what we were there for. But also only 5 minutes walk to the centre. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very nice and the location was excellend. There was only very short walk for tram and underground. Rooms looked like just what they are in photographs also (in their www-pages). Room looked that it must be just renovated and it was nice, clean and bright. Breakfast was good with cheese, ham, salam, yogurt, yams, cereals, different kind of bread, warm dishes, fruits, etc. I have nothing to complain about this hotel!!

Some confusion with the sister hotel around the corner and with a different name on the entrance door. Excellent welcome and introduction to the facilities. Very good breakfast.

Great location when I eventually found the place; the map on your website is not helpful since the hotel is located on the road that is on the right side of the train station. The website map is misleading (or rather after hours of travel), we came out from the main exit instead of the exit on the left. The hotel has a better map which should be updated on the website. Good and generous breakfast, decent -size rooms, clean toilets and good location - near train station and near the town centre.

Nice clean hotel. It's in an area by the main station and there is a lot of activity at night and ialso early in the morning. The double glazing is not very good, so consequently I got very little sleep. If the glazing were improved, this would be a good value hotel.
