Hi, Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, the hotel was nice and the breakfast had a good selection but the location was poor! Very dirty area and some dodgy looking people about (not worth venturing too far). The hotel shuttle was a pain to find ,we had to ask several people who directed us to a parking spot in an underground car park in terminal 3! The staff were very friendly and if they couldn't help us they soon found someone who could. So overall the hotel was good - shame about the location. John Coles Portsmouth

Had an overnight stopover in Beijing. Convientenly located to the Airport, without being an "airport hotel". Very western, so does not provide a Chinese experience, but suited my purposes.

Customer service is very poor . At the morning of my check out day I just nearly miss the shuttle bus to the airport because receptionist forget to call me and I had to remind her three times about it but she forgot so they have to be more carefull about it .

I had a very good experience to stay ot that hotel very clean and very polite staff but restorant a little bit expensive. Overall to say realy good I would deffenetely choose thi hotel next time Thanks

Arrived at 1145pm at hotel via shuttle bus. There were 30 people waiting to check in, most were in a group but it was impossible to determine whether there was more than one person checking people in. I waited 20-30 minutes and made my way to a counter where airline staff had just finished checking in and checked in otherwise I would still be in the queue! The managerial staff made no effort to check whether those of us in the queue belonged to the group. Otherwise stay satisfactory.
