We stayed here for a girls weekend in May 2012. We had a wonderful time! Rooms were huge and the apartment overlooked the lake. Room 31 we stayed in and is apparently the best! Couldn't be more happy with the value for money and location. Only 3-5 minutes drive into town and central Byron! Will stay again!

We liked this place. The apartment was very roomy and well equipped. If you don't have a car, it's a 20 minute walk to town which may not suit everyone but was fine with us. There is a bus service too but it's very infrequent and last bus to town is 6pm and no bus back. There is a small pool to swim in and a picturesque lake in the grounds. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Byron Lakesite is a perfect apartment if you are traveling by car. The apartments are just outside the centre of Byron and takes a 20 min walk, but if you don't mind to walk it's no problem. You can also rent a bike at the apartments. The owners are lovely people who can help you with tips what to do in the surrounding. I would stay here a next time.

We stayed for two nights, accommodation was comfortable and clean. Located a short taxi ride from Byron Bay or a long walk if you are keen. Management (Steve)was very friendly and helpful.

A great holiday unit, perfect for exploring Byron - a bit away from the CBD but only a short cab ride away. Well worth the stay! Friendly staff and clean rooms. Plenty of dishes to make cheap meals in the unit. Make sure you bring your own dish washing soap!
