Fairly standard NZ motel. Good sized rooms, spa pool and swimming pool looked nice although we didn't try them. Room has a cooktop, which is handy, and a teapot which was cute. However, the bed was only a double (we'd thought it would be a queen?) and had terrible roll-together so very uncomfortable for two people. No rubbish bin in the kitchen or bedroom, which was a bit odd - had to go into the bathroom to get rid of teabags etc.

loved the spa pool in the room. electric fry pan or two hobs for cooking so no oven and only a bar fridge. was ok but could do with a spruce up ...

the comfort inn was very nice and well appointed the only comment i would make is since we were leaving very early in the morning when checking in asked the lady about our continental breakfasts which were included in the room rate she very nicely said not a worry just drop in your forms of what you would like which we did an about 1/2 an hour later and we will deliver it that evening unfortunately it did not happen so that was a little disappointing.other than that it is a very nice place.

Checkin lady was real nice and friendly. Rooms need a bit of a makeover, had a bit of a damp musty smell. Breakfast was nice
