Very much so a budget hotel. Heater is loud, and the walls are thin allowing noise to travel through. Passable in a pinch.

This hotel was more than I could have hoped for considering the price. It was clean, in a great location and had every amenity that we needed. It's a little older but cozy and the staff was great! I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was better than I was expecting. Comfortable bed, enough water for a warm shower, friendly staff. I would book this hotel again on my next visit to Lake Tahoe.

this place is just right for us. the staff is friendly. We checked into the motel and everyone who worked there was so nice. We asked for a room on the second floor and she saw what was available and even gave us an upgrade on the corner in a room with no one surrounding us! We got into the room and there was a coffee maker in room. The Heather work great that was warm and the walking distance to the lake. The next day, we decided to take a drive around the lake and checked out a cd from the front desk that explains every landmark you pass and the history behind it, along with cool spots to stop along the lake. We were glad we did that. Excellent trip and excellent hotel. Terrific value and we will definitely be back!

everything is just great at this hotel. the staff is friendly, the bed was very comfortable. and lots of hot water. the furniture is just in very good condition. very quite hotel. the man at the front was very nice and helpful. keep up the good work VJ. i will recommend this hotel to my friend and family.
