Very pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable hotel lacking only a pool-being built now?

Most dissappointing hotel I have ever stayed in. The place actually smelt of serwage!!! Front desk taff were juniors/trainees with no idea of what a five star hotel service should be. The manager would only visit to take over situation if pressed. Concergie spent most of his time in the sun chatting to taxi drivers. Even had to be asked to assist get luggage out of taxi. I would never stay at this hotel again! Disgusted.

very nice view, the Danube in the night is fabulous! The service is very, very good and the price is good!

Fantastic Hotel on the river. We arrived at 10am in the morning after an overnight train expecting to leave our bags for the day but were able to check in and have showers, etc. Absolutely fabulous. Recommend this to anyone.
