Nice hotel within 20-30 minutes walk of Exeter. Good quality well-appointed room with safe. Some noticeable room noise from neighbours. Wedding on both nights we stayed but the music finished before midnight so no problems. Would be nice to have breakfast included in rate. Recommended.

Very good location for visiting Exeter and surrounding towns as it is reasonably close to Exeter City Centre but also has an easy access to the motorway system for South and East Devon
