The rooms were clean and there was a good selection of food for breakfast. Hotel is in easy walking distance of Brussels centre.

My stay there was very pleasant. The hotel is clean and close in proximity to many restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff were very friendly and courteous at all times. Good selection for breakfast. Look forward to staying there again.

The Welcome hotel deserves such a name. No better place to feel like home while travelling to Brussels. Great Location and surroundings. Great connection with the public transports.

This hotel staff went above and beyond their duties! I give them a 10 out of 10 with their service. Their rooms were also in great shape and they have an excellent location. The only thing I would recommend to anyone staying in the city center of Brussels is not to drive unless you call the hotel and get good directions. Downtown Brussels can be very difficult to drive in because of the street names. I must say that I was especially pleased with Vanessa and all of her very helpful knowledge. I give this hotel an A+!
