The hotel was centrally located to all shopping areas. The rooms were well appointed, clean and modern. However, the service left a lot to be desired. Sybil Fawlty was on the front desk when we arrived and gave the impression we were interrupting her day. Did not want to help in any way. As we arrived later in the afternoon, we decided to have dinner in the hotel. What a mistake !!!! We were told we could sit anywhere in the dining room which was empty, but we were moved 3 times by the waiter (manuel). When we ordered our dinner we also ordered wine but was told "no we couldn't have that wine as it didn't go with your food!" He said he would check with the chef if we could have it!! As if this wasn't bad enough, we then had breakfast the next morning and my wife had tea and meals spilt over her! The waiter didn't care or even apologise for this. It was only fortunate that a supervisor was going past, enquired as to what happened and then offered to dry clean her pants. This might be rated a 1 star restaurant at best. We went for a day tour (leaving at 7am and returned at 5pm) and when we returned our room had not been serviced.

location and service were excellent. pity there is no wifi in the room only with cable .

Fantastic location - bang in the center. Breakfast was only ok everything else was perfect.
