Breakfast is included but it is very basis. Hotel staff were very help in any other assistance from money exchange to tours. Pleasant stay.

The hotel is next to the main road, it is convenience but very noisy. The breakfast provided is very simple, only 2 slice bread and a cup of tea/coffee. With this hotel rate in Hanoi, I think can find much better one.

Lovely little hotel frenche style located at the limit of Hanoi Old town , 10 minutes by car to the Hoam Kiem lake -Hanoi touristic center Nice little clean new refurbished room and bathroom We choose a room without window -located oposite of the street so it was very quiet. The staff was realy frendly, gentel and helpfull and provide us with all the information that we need They organised a lovely Christmas party (free) for all the guest I will recomende this hotel to mine friends Ileana - Canada

Yhe hotel is on a busy road that is quite noisy. It is also very close to the Old Quarter which is good.

The hotel is well run and quite new with facilities of a good standard. We found the staff keen to please and the breakfast provided of a basic standard. On the downside the hotel fronts a very busy road so the front rooms have constant traffic noise. Also, we were disappointed that when it came time to pay the bill a service tax was added even though the price quoted on Rates to Go already included the tax. However the tax was removed without argument when this was pointed out.
