Brook Kingston Lodge Hotel London Guest Reviews
I have stayed at other hotels in this area of which there are few but I particularly like the 'homely' feel to the Kingston Lodge. I will stay again. Breakfast was not entirely fresh but I was offered a freshly cooked fried egg. I do not understand, however, in this day and age why some hotels are still charging for connection to the internet. Lack of free WiFi is this hotel's downfall. Some furnishings were also beginning to look a little worse for wear and the door to the TV cabinet of room 311 was dangerously falling off its hooks and I forgot to mention this to the hotel staff.

Staff were very helpful when I had to stay an extra night in the Hotel because of the extreme snowfall in London and I could not get home.

we were shocked to be given a room right next to a room with a late night disco but there was no problem changing us to a room away from the function on a higer floor which was just as well as even then we could here the disco! my meal in the restauraunt was very salty but the waitresss did not offer any compensation

For the cost of the hotel, our room was pretty basic and the décor quite tired. The corridors were in the process of being decorated which didn't help with the overall impression We booked a double room but it was quite clearly 2 single mattresses pushed together. The breakfast was good and the staff polite and friendly.
