Broadwater Como Resort Perth Guest Reviews
We were only at the hotel for about 5 hours as it was to just get a bit of sleep before flying out to Kuala Lumpur so it's a bit difficult to give a detailed review but the rooms were a good size and it was clean.

We stayed one night and were upgraded to a loft for free when I asked :-) The furnishings and some appliances were old and shabby but functional. The blinds, we found out later, were in the process of being replaced. seeing as the window was out of common view, we didn't mind it being absent. That is until night when the lights streamed into the loft where my slumber-challenged friend tossed and turned! The location was perfect for us with shops, cafes and restaurants in short distance. We even got to see dolphins breeching in the Swan the next morning. Even a chemist open till 8pm was handy when, while our dinner orders were being cooked, my young child became ill with a fever! After dinner, once my child was well, we enjoyed a frothy spa bath that will certainly stay in our memories. I'd love to stay again, if such a saving is available, when next we need a place to stay.

Not a bad spot but as it when i stayed there they had a school of 15 and 16 year olds that were obviously on camp and very noisy throughout the night. As a business traveller this was not great. Reception is not 24 hours so no one to sort it out. A good spot for families.

The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling & the exhaust fan didn't work properly. I did enjoy my stay very much tho, it was nice to have a decent fridge, dish washer, washing machine & dryer.I also liked having a kingsize bed all to myself. It is in a good location and there are plenty of places to eat in walking distance as well as a tavern.
