Perfect for business trip

Staff friendly. Service at breakfast poor. Egg whites uncooked

Bedrooms were 'well used' and not overly clean dust on shelves, surfaces etc. Bathroom ok but small. Breakfast - hot food , freshly cooked and hot - staff not that pleasant , tea and coffee in short supply and slow to be replaced.

Cleanliness good but let down by bedroom windows extremely dirty outside. Pricing would be very expensive if full rack rate prices paid.

We were very pleased with everything about the hotel except,the health club. On the T.v.in the hotel room it stated that the pool, gym and sauna were free to hotel guests, but on using the club were then told there was a charge of £2.50 per person. I said the tv. said otherwise but this made no difference. I'm afraid with trading standards this would not be alowed.
