Absolutely disgraceful. Entry way, sofas torn and ripped, covered up with blankets. Our luggage was left in the entryway for 4 hours, elevator broken, we had to carry the luggage to our room. No heating in room on arrival. Outside temperature 9 degrees. Could not see outside the window, it was covered with cement due to some renovations, staff extremely unfriendly, never said good morning or spoke to you.

I think it's a nice hotel. The price I paid was very good. I have nothing to complain..

Excellent location for good restaurants and it is close to the airport.

Breakfast was good and staff were helpful. The hotel is not disabled friendly as the lift is accessed up a flight of stairs.
