Propreté douteuse (moisissures sur la porte de la douche et sur tous les joints). Chambre donnant sur la rue très bruyante. En hiver, chauffage insuffisant. Personnel assurant le service minimum. A éviter. ------------------------ Room and especially shower were dirty. Room was very noisy and cold in the winter. Staff and breakfast below average.

Centrally located hotel in unimpressive neighbourhood - lots of homelss men about with rubbish/construction materials scattered over the street. Quite noisy during the nights with traffics and shoutings from homeless men (we presumed). Need to walk over about 100m to get to Marais areas for some decent eating places, but the hotel is close to a supermarket and also train station. Very friendly and helpful staff who could speak English. No air-conditioning in the room and you could not open the windows during the night if you want a goodnight sleep. Shocking breakfast with coffee and croissant/baguttes only - from what I gathered, that's the norm for french.

For the price we paid, the hotel was good value for money. However, only expect the bare basics in terms of facilities.

The hotel was clean and warm with towel changes daily. The location is good and very convenient for the metro. Breakfast was, however, rather disappointing considering that this is a 3* hotel.
