Staff at the front desk dealt were a little cold, but dealt with our queries adequately. The room was a little dated, but contained everything that we needed. Was a little disappointed that a hotel at this price did not offer any complimentary wifi. The fitness room is very good, split over two levels with both cardio and weights facilities. The pool is fine, if a little awkwardly shaped, but there's also a jacuzzi and stea/sauna rooms. The hotel is brilliantly located for the Broadmead shopping centre (about 2 min walk) and the harbourside (about 10-15 min walk).

Had a one-night stay with my three daughters to celebrate joint birthdays. Both rooms were beautifully appointed, the food was excellent and the service superb. A special and unexpected arrival of champagne and cards to both rooms was a magic touch to a perfect weekend away. Sincere thanks to management and staff. We look forward to seeing them soon.

I must admit that my recent stay at the Bristol Marriott hotel was disappointing to say the least. Not only was I was surprised to find the of lack of facilities in your hotel but also how expensive it was to use these limited facilities i.e. £6 per hour to use the internet and £15 charge for WiFi. I appreciate that it is a busy hotel because of close location to the city but the noise and constant banging of doors by other guests into the early hours of the morning was completely unacceptable. I paid good money to stay in your hotel only to be kept awake for most of the night when I had a long days travel ahead of me the next day. I feel therefore, even with your general good reputation, I will not be using your Bristol hotel now or in the near future. I feel at this point in time I would not recommend it to anyone I know.

A business hotel with good location. Situated in the heart of the city. Conveniently accessible from Bath which is only about half and hour drive. There is an ample parking space both next door and at the rear of the hotel. The hotel imposes a GBP 12 charge per night for parking and GBP 1.50 for newspaper. In-room facility is standard. There is nothing to complain about. The hotel staff is friendly.

Great location for shopping at the new Cabot Circus development. NCP car park right next to hotel is very handy.

Hotel very clean. Leisure club was excellent for unwinding. Service at front desk was terrible. Seemed very lazy...took 5 receptionists to serve 1 customer! While a group of us waited. Overall though, nice hotel.

I love this hotel, it offers everything that I desire when staying away from home. It is so close to all the best shops that it is easy to pop back to the hotel with purchases made, throughout the day. The staff (especially the dining staff) make sure that you are all treated as individuals. This is the second time I have stayed in this particular hotel, and I'm sure there will be many more occasions.

Great base for exploring the city. Can't complain about anything other than breakfast was a bit hurried and hot buffet items were not replaced when they ran out. Otherwise, great facilities and would come back again!

The rooms were excellent with 2 double beds in our room.Breakfast on the Sunday was until 11am so you didn`t have to rush in the morning but we had to queue quite a while for the cooked breakfast as the dining room was full.
