Location close to the airport is about its best quality, on finding the telephone not working in the room, I was told that all telephones had been disconnected due to guests not paying for their calls; waking at 3am to find the power off, probably due to the storm - but where was the backup generator!! Definitely would not stay at this establishment again.

Convenient, - close to everything. Comfortable, - room was clean and fresh Value, - good price for its location Would recommend for anyone wanting all of the above reasons for looking for a place to stay.

On the positive side, close to restaurants, river, has parking and airport shuttle. On the negative, smoke alarm broken, blankets on beds had spots of dirt and looked unwashed, sheets were clean though. We asked for an upgrade as our room was a dungeon and were given an identical adjacent room For $40 extra with 2 windows so at least it was brighter and they blocked off the share bedroom for our use. Would not stay there again.

It was very noisy, with people coming and going from 2am onwards. The bathroom was shared between two rooms, which was very unexpected for an establishment of this rating.
