The resort is in need of serious updates...our first room had no handle on the patio door so it could not be locked....they acted like no big deal but did switch our room...second room was really musty smelling...it did not go away the entire time we were there...food was decent...japanese restaurant was good...never any jerk chicken really anywhere....locals stay and consume the resort on the weekends...no problem with that except that most of them were extremely rude...the peddlers on the beach never leave you alone...no matter how many times you tell them....no seats at any of the bars to just sit at and relax....swim up bar was closed the entire time...in fact we never seen a single person in the main pool the entire time....they also say tipping is not allowed....thats a hoot because everyone that did the slightest thing to help you expected a tip...we made the best of it and met some really awesome people but would never go back again!...do NOT use 0rbits to book your trip!!!...customer service horrible...we booked our trip and the second after i confirmed it dropped $500....they would not do anything about it!....this was after it went up $60 right before i could confirm the package....what a rip off!....Excuse my spelling on their name...they will not let you post anything negative about them without doing this...
