Room was on a great location with views to lake however not feasible to walk out of the property being a steep slope. Kitchen needs to be a bit bigger as a smalll sink provided can't even fit a standard size plate. Room and location is quiet as out of town so is a bit relaxing.

Basement flat. low grade facilites. curtain rail falling off. liked the dishwashing podwer but no diswasher. if all you want is a bed and its cheap then its fine.would not stay more than one night

found host to be amazing - had portacot available :). went out of his way to get safety gate for stairs. room was lovely very warm, cosy and clean. excellent time had, will definitely be returning. impressed with premises

living area carpet and furnishings worn and in need of a steam clean. mildew in shower. old style tv too small. bedrooms in great shape, beds excellent. given the price an adequate value.
