The rooms are a bit smaller than what you might find at other hotels, but the location is just perfect if you want to easily get around the CBD. I did find the room a bit dusty, but overall our room was small but very comfortable. When I booked the room, I did request an extra bed but one wasn't provided. My advice is let the staff there know about any special requests when you check in.

The Good: great location, everything is within walking distance. The room is clean with a few kitchen necessities such as a microwave. The Bad: Very old and squeaky spring bed with little support, tossing and turning will definitely keep your partner awake. My parents had to change from 1 bed to 2 singles. Central location also means street noise. Definitely request 10th floor and above.

We've stayed here several times now - if it's all good - why look elsewhere? The location is a small, safe stroll to beautiful Darling Harbour, Paddy's Market and the train station. It takes a little longer to walk to the CBD and Sydney Harbour, but it's a lovely walk. The staff have always been friendly and helpful - even when we witnessed one poor girl being treated poorly by a very rude customer. We got a good deal so we are very happy campers. Some of the reviews about noise and cleanliness didn't apply to what we experienced.
