Very tired and needs a refurb..but great location though noisy especially at night

so sad to tell that there is no lobby for the customers. we can have a good view of the beach, and is also located in the centre of the surfers paradise.though the rooftop area of 13th floor's swimming pool is dirty as well the sauna was not in function and was very sabby it need a lot in renovations. but the swmming pool and spa on the 1st floor is good. rooms needs little bit of attention in cleanliness. overall it was a nice experience and good stay.
