Brandon Hotel Tralee Guest Reviews
Location excellent. Room dated & in need of refurbishment. Leisure Centre good but temperature of swimming pool water very cold. Staff were friendly but not enough on duty. Most disturbing was that the residents bar had very young children present at 1 a.m. which I found most unsatisfactory. Also the bar in the lounge was not open & staff had to get drink from the main bar which took over 20 minutes to get your drink. I would not recommend this hotel.

Food was fab but bedroom was very dated. Could do with a revamp! Town centre only a short walk away so thats a bonus

Nice room but a tad dated. Great leisure facilities, great buffet breakfast, very central location and excellent staff. Stay here!

The car park is a mess and has been for at least the last two years. Restaurant menu was very basic.

We stayed four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The spa is a great extra, we swam before breakfast and before dinner too. The steam room, sauna and jacuzzi are relaxing. Trouble is we just couldn't find enough time to pack in all we wanted to do and see in such a short time. The location is great for visiting the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Peninsula, also a short distance from Kerry airport. The restaurant is expensive, set three course menu 35 euros. Try a la carte in the bar - much better value and good quality. Staff helpfull and friendly, even took time out to describe in detail how to get to a lovely beach. We will definitely return.
