Botticelli Hotel Florence Guest Reviews
The service at this hotel is very bad!!!! We checked out of the hotel a day early due to a train strike and we met with rudeness by the reception woman ... this was despite us saying that we were more than happy to pay for the room for that night as it was our decision to vacate. We asked her to call a taxi for us, and although she did in the end, she complained that it was a hassle to get through to the taxi company. Another woman came in at the same time that we were checking out, and even though we had only used the bathroom, the reception woman told this poor lady and her family that they were fully booked due to a festival. She could easily have cleaned our bathroom which would have taken all of 5 minutes, and given this room to this poor lady and her family. Very bad service, which doesn't leave a good impression for travellers. I would not recommend this hotel at all!!!!!

Good sized room and bathroom with easy access to train station and all major tourist sites. Pleasant balcony terrace to sit in fresh air.

The Botticelli Hotel is a beautiful hotel with a great location. Located just off the Central Market place and an easy walk from the train station and a short walk to all other Florence must-sees. Our hotel room was a twin, which usually means the smallest rooms, but ours was very nice with beautiful furnishings, it was immaculate and very roomy. Breakfast was included and was quite good. The staff was very nice.
