I was here for a week and the location is fantastic as it is close to the sky train network. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staff is great. Food is great. Location is right next to the river and markets etc. Overall very satisfied.

This hotel just down from the Shangri La shares the excellent position near the river and near the varied shopping on New Road. The suite we used was very well appointed but the electricity blacked out every day and the service was just adequate. The hallways were not very clean and the cleanliness of the suite was average. The breakfast is very nice but there are no other eating facilities in the hotel. The pool is very small and the gym just adequate. A well priced hotel in an excellent location.You get what you pay for.
