The bed mattresses are very hard. By very hard I mean on a comfort zone of one to ten the mattresses we slept on were rated as a ONE. This may suit other peoples. However we accepted the deal but would not stay at Boss again. I also found the staff to be very friendly, in particular Co Anna - who spke very good english and was helpful. I have visited Ha Noi on previous occassions and decided to go to the Boss because of its renewal and so on......but next year or whenever we will choose another hotel for beds that have a softer degree of comfort............... Beds are important to bigger peoples like Australians........ so thibnk about it!!! Thank you

The staff at Boss Hotel Hanoi were very friendly and professional. The Deluxe room we booked was not available and they offered us a Superior with a refund of US$15 per night. The only difference was room size, which was a bit smaller. The room location was quiet so we were happy. The free fresh fruit each day was a nice touch. Buffet breakfast choice was good without being too extensive. Location was perfect for visiting the tourist spots and local markets, being about 10 minute walk. The map from the hotel is a little out of scale so you'd be better to get a free map from the airport before heading to the hotel. I would stay there again.

Front desk staffs are english speaking and very friendly. Room decoration is impressed for this range of hotel. It is good location if you would like to experiencing living in Hanoi Old Quarter, and the hotel a stone's throw to Ho Kiem Lake.
