As nice as it gets , although my wife fell on their stairway in an area which was under final contruction. We wound up in this area because the electricity went off in our section of the hotel , including the elevators , which forced us down from the 6th. floor to the main floor via the emergency stairs into this part of the hotel , where my wife fell and hurt her left arm and back . I'm surprised they haven't contacted her at this point to see how she is , even though they requested she complete an incident report .

the building, paintings, decoration and cleanliness are all great and location gives you peace of mind to reach all the attractions even on walk. well, coming to the price it's a 5 star luxury hotel. so, you have to pay for it. Boscolo Cafe is also a place you must visit. The air condition also works perfect and above all you can enjoy a nice spa as a part of your room rate for free. That's quite relaxing and refresh your mind and body.

This hotel is spectacularly beautiful. The cafe and lobby are stunning. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and spoke fluent English. They tell you that wi-fi only works in the lobby but I was able to get it to work fine for me in room 440. Good signal and speed. No ice machine which is a negative for someone from the southern U.S, but I'm sure they would have brought me some if I had asked.. Tiny bit of traffic noise but it didn't keep me awake (even though I'm a VERY light sleeper). In fact, with the windows and drapes closed, the room is very quiet and dark, so I slept like a queen. The room was enormous and ultra comfy and spotlessly clean.. Loved the fact that they have both foam and down pillows. The area surrounding the hotel is only so-so. Not much pretty scenery but I felt safe there, even when I was alone.. One advantage of the location is that it's within a few steps of a metro stop, pharmacy, shops and grocery store. The main train station is only about 15 minutes on foot or a metro stop away. I really enjoyed my stay there!
