Wonderful, the grounds were astounding, hotel room was quite big and very well equipped. The hotel staff were excellent nothing was a problem very friendly. We loved this hotel it was one of the highlights of our European holiday the swimming pool location had a very relaxing atmosphere, birds chirping plenty of table and chairs to relax and just enjoy the grounds which were huge. We would definitely return to this wonderful hotel and beautiful Siena.

Stayed 6 nights just recently to 18 Sep09 so I can really comment on this hotel. Service is EXCELLENT...being a home run establishment it's VERY much one on one service...The rooms are somewhat small and dated BUT that's what you get anywhere in Italy.....Has Wi Fi internet at a cost of 3.60 Euro per hour. a Large supermarket down the road and 10 mins to the railway station.I would recommend this hotel as it's location is EXCELLENT and as stated the service is better than a 5 star hotel..!

This is a quite nice hotel in a quiet place but in Italian style. This means that the rooms correspond to *** quality but prices to ****. Actually, the rooms are very small, not really comfortable. On the other hand, in comparison with average Italian hotels, this one is recommendable if you seek quiet. The breakfast was fine.

As we had some car trouble the owner was extremely helpful, we followed her uncle in our car to the nearest tyre outlet, where we found someone who spoke a little English, and we able to sort out our problem by the next morning. We needed to catch a taxi to and from the town but the villa was worth it, and free parking. Beautiful grounds, a lovely pool if you were to stay in summer, and the best breakfast. All the staff were wonderful, and helped to carry heavy luggage up and down the few steps. Overall it was a delightful experience. Definitely recommended.
